Recently, the latest model released by the Hyundai India has become a hot topic among the people. According to the sources, the company has released the first sketches of its latest model Creta. It is a SUV model with features sporty and muscular looks which is often magnified in size when comes to the drawings (sketches). This exterior design of the model is easily detectable by the customers. However, one can say that it got inspired from the new generation of Hyundai Tucson, as this model looks similar to the Tucson.
When comes to the interior design of the model, one can witness few minor changes. There will be no change when comes to design of the dashboard except the upholstery, as its options might get an update. Once can expect replacing the old semi-digital console with digital console. The side profile of the SUV will mostly remain unchanged. The company will restyle the taillights, tailgate and rear bumper.
The upcoming model will incorporates all the features which are present in the current model. The latest model can also get an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). This system includes driver attention monitoring, forward collision warning and avoidance, lane-keep assist, rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring and avoidance and other features. There will be an upgrade in functionality for the BlueLink connected car system.
Additionally, this model will include the same power options as before. It include a 1.5L NA petrol engine with a 6-speed manual transmission or CVT.A 1.4L turbo-petrol engine with a 7 speed DCT, and a 1.5L turbo-diesel mill with 6 speed MT or 6 speed AT.
As per the company, Creta will be the global model as it will be available in international markets such as Indonesia. This model will be competing with other well known brands such as Renault Captur, Nissan Juke, SsangYong Tivoli, Dacia Duster etc. The estimated or expected cost of this model will ranges from Rs 10.45 lakh to Rs 18.19 lakh.
